Great location, great price, clean and modern
Had a great stay here. Large room with corner balcony, good aircon, fridge, kettle, powerful shower and everything looked just like the photos. There was a welcome tray with water, coffee and biscuits which was handy. No teabags though! There are a couple of plates, glasses, and 2 sets of knives and forks, etc.
This is self check-in – you contact the management by WhatsApp but they were very quick to respond and very friendly.
Cleaners came daily to make the bed, take away rubbish and change towels.
As at end June 2026, a lot of the roads in Larnaca are being dug up and re-paved so there are a LOT of blocked off roads around the building and all over the town. The street was quiet though.
Beach was about 8 minutes walk. A shorter walk to the main bus stop for intercity buses to Nicosia, Limassol and Ayia Napa etc.
A couple of minor things: no bedside lights/lamps. Although this is a new building, there were stains/marks on the apartment floor and walls. Shower grouting was grubby. It would have been handy to know where the local facilities were, such as a large supermarket (Super Discount is less than 5 minutes walk away). Lidl is a car trip.
Great value for money though – I paid €50 per night for 5 nights. Would definitely recommend.

The room, balcony and bathroom were all squeaky clean, comfortable and exceptional! Attention to detail in design. All staff anre incredibly friendly and accommodating! Xanthi went out of her way to get me a clothesline as I was there for two weeks. It was a home away from home! The service is par excellence! The host responds very quickly, and really cares and looks after their guests! I was offered a late check out that was very much appreciated without me even asking. It is the best place I have stayed in Cyprus! Close to everything, but peaceful, safe and quiet. Only minutes walk to the beach, church, dining, transport. I would highly recommend, and definitely book again on my return travel. Truly outstanding and exceptional! If I could give it more than 10/10 I would! Thank you so very much for the extraordinary care, and for your generous hospitality 🙏🌹❤️🥰

Perfect location 5 minutes from the beach. Clean and well maintained. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely stay again.

It was an apthotel, not hotel and no reception. You need a code to enter. But did have cleaning services if you wanted them. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, location was good.
The suites are stylish and modern, with a beautiful balcony. I would stay here again as it is reasonably priced, in a good location

I enjoyed my stay at Jimmy's Suites. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly and helpful, location was good. However,there's a few things that could be improved:
- you can hear the noise from the street through closed windows
- there's glassware provided by no washing up liquid to wash them after use
- the iron has a European plug and no adapter is provided so I wasn't able to use it
- bathroom was clean but could do with a bit of tlc
- there was no hot water at times
- one day I came back to an unlocked room. I'm sure I locked it when I was leaving. The staff must've changed the towels and forgot to lock the door:(
