Excellent

We spent 3 nights and we had a very nice stay. The apartment was fully furnished, very clean and very well located. It's 10 min away walking from the bus station and 20 min from the city center. Another point to mention is the the staff, very nice and helpful from start to end. Highly recommend!

Worst experience with accommodation ever! Avoid!!

After my review feel free to check some lowest score reviews and you will find more of these "mistakes", which looks like a regular practice from this establishment.
Booked in here based on the location as we were going to arrive late in Zadar and needed somewhere close to the bus station. Texted the property in the afternoon letting them know about the estimated time of my arrival and they promptly replied that this would not be a problem.
We arrived at the location around 1am (streets are unlit) and to my surprise the owner tell us that "unfortunately they made a mistake and were overbooked" so our studio was already taken. Then they've offered us a "spare room" at their own house, cluttered with personal belongings and an odd smell which we had to accept due to how late it was. They didn't even bother to explain where the toilet was so we left as early as we could in the morning because we could not even shower. Simply a nightmare!! The cherry on the top was the owner offering 20 euro compensation for the 68 euro room we never slept in and a request to not put up an online review. Also, even though we let them know in advance about our estimated time of arrival, he claimed that they found out about the overbooking 15mins prior to our arrival. Completely unprofessional, avoid at all costs!!

Clean room but far from downtown

The reason we booked a room here was due to 24 hour check in. However, when we arrived all the lights were off and it was unclear we were supposed to go. The room itself was well air conditioned and the bed was clean. The shower was hard to work and we were not told how to turn on the hot water. It is a long walk from old town and the beach so plan on driving or walking a lot,

Hvala našim dragim gostima, nije bio problem pitati jer govorimo dobro engleski, eto nažalost uvijek smo mi krivi! ado strogog centra grada je samo 12-15 minuta hoda!

Good in all aspects apart from location

We found the staff to be friendly and the room to be of a satisfactory quality. However, the location at night is a bit dark and made my girlfriend feel a little uncomfortable. We were offered a traditional Dalmatian snack, it wasn't our favourite food but we are sure others will like it and it's the thought that counts.

Hvala našim dragim gostima na lijepom mišljenju. DDa bilo je malo mračno jer je crkla javna rasvjeta na što mi nismo mogli utjecati.
Dođite nam opet prijatelji naši!!!

The worst place we stayed at in Croatia

We enjoyed every single day in Croatia, but staying at Vila Nada spoiled the impression a lot! The 'standard double room' resembles a room at an old dirty hostel. Just one bathroom for too many rooms. It's a definitely overpriced offer.
