Excellent location, excellent apartment. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location 1 minute stroll to the cathedral and ferry terminal just around corner for island hopping. Excellent apartment with everything you need. Large en-suite shower room, large screen TV, fridge, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, large comfortable bed with quality cotton linen, sound proof triple glazed windows, air conditioned, spotless apartment! Guests also get a good discount with the Thai massage parlour next door. Staff very friendly and a Big thank you to Bo for organising everything and wth great communication - 100% Highly recommended.

These rooms are located in the historic center of Zadar, great location and public parking pagamento.la room is very spacious, clean and air conditioned,; the bathroom is outside the room small and very hot so not comfortable. You never see anyone even when you get there.

Great little break away

This place is located perfectly in the Old Town and the Airport shuttle bus service is very close to it.
The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with Aircon but unfortunately the window doesn't open to let the fresh air into the room. They provided a fridge and kettle with dishes, coffee, tea and sugar.
The staff were friendly and very helpful if you needed anything or information/recommendations.
The downside to my room compared to the other 2 rooms in the place was that my bathroom was separated so I had to leave my room to walk down the hall to the bathroom that was across from the other rooms. I did receive my own key to keep it locked for my use only and the bathroom was a good size.

kamer die je ziet op foto's is niet wat je krijgt. ik zou deze accommodatie niemand aanbevelen. Zeer onvriendelijke host

deze kamers zouden niet verhuurd moeten worden zelf niet voor minder geld, boek hier aub niet !!
op eerste 40 foto's laten ze de kamer zien die heel mooi is maar als je er aan komt dan krijg je heel andere kamer.
geen ontbijt, zelfs geen koffie of thee, er was een waterkoker met 2 kopjes (in een doosje was er maar een thee zakje en een zakje mosterd en ketjap???,
TV werkt niet , badkamer in andere ruimte in gedeelde hal. zeer kaal en ongezellig. uitzicht uit de raam was ronduit schandalig- kijkt naar lelijke binnen plaats met pijpen en airco's , totaal geen uitzicht. Op foto's zou uitzicht op het plein van oude stad zijn wat deze kamer zeker niet heef gehad. Zeer onvriendelijke gastheer. Met een wordt een krot. prijs kwaliteit verhouding heel slecht.
ik zou deze accommodatie niemand aanbevelen.

Purtroppo non ho potuto soggiornare in Questo hotel per colpa della cancellazione del volo di ritorno, la mia prenotazione era stata fatta su Booking.com e non sapevo come fare , e devo dire che l’assistenza di questo residence ottima nel giro di pochi minuti mi hanno risolto tutto perciò anche se non sono stato mi sentivo in dovere di scrivere una recensione
