Good sized room, modern and great AC and great bathroom shower.
Location is fantastic, as close to the city beach as it is to the old town. Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area and even more in the old town 5 mins walk away.
The organised private transfer to and from the airport made that part of the journey very easy.
Couldn't fault this hotel and glad we stayed here than it in the heart of the old city in older accommodations.
Would recommend this to anyone looking to relax in Split

Great spacious rooms and a fantastic view! A really comfy bed and a luxurious big shower. A little more sound dampening would be great, but understandable for a building of this type. The breakfast is on the first floor and is a bit boring, so maybe consider avoiding that. Otherwise, really really nice.

I was quite disappointed with my stay, as the hotel did not live up to my expectations.
The room was not particularly clean, and it felt like it lacked attention to detail. There were chipped edges and signs of wear throughout the room, giving it an unfinished and poorly maintained appearance. We were also supposed to receive a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival, as advertised, but it was never in the room.
The room layout was also very strange. The toilet was in a separate room, while the sink was located in the bedroom. This meant that after using the toilet, you had to walk into the bedroom just to wash your hands, which was quite inconvenient and unhygienic. The shower also had black spots everywhere.
The staff were another disappointment. They were not particularly friendly or helpful and often looked like they didn’t enjoy being there, which affected the overall atmosphere.
The one major positive was the location. The hotel is very close to the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
Overall, despite the excellent location, I was not satisfied with my experience and would not choose to stay here again.

Room was clean , staff was pleasant , great location made everything walkable . Only problem was our refrigerator did not work and maintenance was unable to repair it.

This property was located perfectly. We just had a quick 1 night stay in Split and this worked perfectly. Nice view from our room and the sparkling wine gift was a nice touch.
