Clean, good sized room with handy shared kitchen. I also really appreciated being able to hang my wet swim stuff from the line out my window- a small detail but very helpful. Very central and easy to find. Would definitely stay longer than the one night I had booked.

It is not way can be a three-star place, no star is more accurate! No hot water, not helpful staff. Stay away!

Great location close to the port and the old city. The only problem I had was that the aircon didn’t work very well so the room was a bit warm. Otherwise it was good

Very great place near old town. We had everything we needed and the place was really clean. 100% recommend.

Great location

Very good service, excellent location just 300 meters from the Old Town and the beautiful Port of Split.
There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The area is very quiet and the only drawback I found is that if you are driving as it is within the area that you can not park, it is difficult that you can leave it near the accommodation.
The rooms are comfortable, clean with air conditioning, refrigerator, electric jug, kitchenware, tea, coffee, hairdryer.
An important fact that I share: In gps the location of the place is wrong. Mark backwards, on internal pedestrian streets.Make sure you get the correct directions from the owner beforehand, because only with Google maps, you get lost.
