Loved it!
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is super convenient, and the rooms are spacious, beautiful, and feature lovely balconies. From the amenities to the exceptional breakfast, every detail was covered.
What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Ana was instrumental in helping us coordinate our arrival for a major event, and she even remembered me by name at check-in. The entire team made us feel at home, we truly didn’t want to leave.
It's also worth noting the soundproofing: despite construction across the street, my room was perfectly quiet once the balcony door was closed. This was a massive upgrade over the large chain hotel I stayed at later, where the noise from the St. Day festivities in Old Town was quite loud. While Split is a growing, busy city, it’s unfair to penalize such a high-caliber hotel for local development. This is a special place, and I will definitely be back.

Excellent and worthy of higher rating
Stayed here for one night with my daughter. Wanted somewhere with a pool in a central location.
It's a modern boutique hotel. Nice finishes throughout, decent sized room and balcony, nice rooftop pool with views, decent made to order breakfast and very friendly staff.
Some reviews complain about the construction across the road. It's about 60% complete. The main construction is done. Just fit out left so no noise issues. It's a central spot so these things are expected.
Parking on the street is free but can be busy .
Overall this is a decent hotel worthy of a 4.5 rating easily. More affordable than some others, modern and well managed. I would return.

Great hotel
A beautiful modern hotel with spacious and very clean rooms. I loved the huge balcony with comfy chairs and lovely greenery.
All the staff are extremely friendly and professional, breakfast is delicious. Despite the construction across the street, once you close the balcony door the sound is completely shut out. The hotel is in a perfect location, less than 10 minutes walk to Diocletian's Palace and 10 minutes walk or less to Marjan Park and Kastelet beach. A taxi or uber/bolt to the beautiful Kasjuni beach is only 6Euro or a 40 minute walk.
All the staff are extremely friendly and professional, breakfast is delicious. Despite the construction across the street, once you close the balcony door the sound is completely shut out. Have notified Expedia as amenities list on here does not match what is provided & what is listed on other sites so is out of date.
Hotel itself was lovely but there were things we booked it for which did not exist, so is worth checking the hotel site directly before booking.
Some staff were exceptional, lady with long brown hair on reception & waiter with glasses were both very helpful & friendly during our stay. Breakfast very good.
Hotel very clean, room had everything needed.
But there were issues Expedia listing says hotel pool available from April, we booked hotel due to the rooftop pool & bar but were unable to use at any point.
We were not told at check in the pool was closed, went ourselves & saw there was no pool bar (we asked & reception said the pool bar had closed 1 year ago, but Expedia says pool bar, restuarant & cafe). We asked reception on 1st evening about the restaurant & drinks & found out the restaurant only provides breakfast so nowhere to get food or drinks after (other than room mini bar), which isnt what was listed as amenities on Expedia.
We asked 1st evening about pool & were told it had been chemically treated but could be used next day, 2nd day we asked & were told by different person the pool was completely out of use & the government had said it couldnt be used, so we were not able to use pool at all, but this was not explained or proactively sign-posted to us.

CONSTRUCTION SITE- Avoid in 2026 and Summer of 2027.
Like other reviews say, avoid in 2026 and 2027. Right in front of the hotel is a large construction site with heavy machinery operating from 7am. You cannot sleep or have breakfast in peace.
The road outside and the balconies are dusty and not usable. The view is blocked by cranes and the construction.
There are better options just 200-300meters ahead like The Ambassador. We checked out a day early than originally planned- it completely ruined our experience in Split.
On the positive - the staff are great at breakfast and Ana at reception.
