Convenient location

From the outside, the building looks like a 60’s era Soviet block apartment building. But when you get into the apartment, everything is quite modern and spotless. Great bathroom shower. Good AC.
Stella greeted us and was very gracious with her time giving us all kinds of recommendations. She has free parking available - but it’s a bit tricky. She also stocked the small fridge with some fruit and drink.
The downsides: the apartment is said to be on the 3rd floor but is really 4 flights of steps - 62 to be exact. But I believe a lot of accommodations is Split have a lot of steps.
The bed is really two singles pushed together so there tends to be a gap in the mattress- not so comfortable for 2 sleeping together.
I would suggest to Stella that she offers 2 sets of keys since there is no buzzer system to let someone in. If I wanted to go out for a run, I would have to take the keys or else my wife would have to come down 4 flights of steps to open the door. While I was out, she was stuck in the apartment until I returned since I had the keys.

Topp leilighet

Stella Maris, var en hyggelig opplevelse, flotte rom, meget godt utstyrt, og en hyggelig betjening.
Oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin, mikrobølgeovn og komfyr på alle rom. Det er 4 etasjer og heis til etasjene
Jacuzzi og badebasseng på terrassen. Hotellet ligger ca 100 meter fra stranden. Her har vi hatt en veldig fin uke.
