We had a great stay at the Old Mulberry Guesthouse. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and easy to get around. The space was extremely tidy and clean, which made it feel very comfortable and welcoming. Everything was exactly as described, and Ana’s check-in process was smooth. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located place to stay.

Highly recommend

Ana’s place is the most nicest guest house I have had stayed in during my travels. I’m rating 5 stars for everything. Firstly my room number two is big, clean and airy. The bed is big and the mattress is very very comfortable. There’s air conditioner, mini fridge and a kettle in the room. The bathroom is big and the shower is very powerful the whole place is spotless clean when I checked in. Secondly Ana is a the most helpful and welcoming host too. She has helped me with any and everything I’m so grateful thank you Ana for my amazing experience in split and a wonderful stay. I’m highly recommend Guest house old mulberry

A cosy and clean apartment 5 minutes from the sites.

A lovely apartment complex run by Ana who was super friendly and helpful in offering ideas and places to eat.
Would 100% recommend. All facilities were excellent including air con and boiler the place was also very clean.

Lovely guesthouse for visiting Split

Very lovely guesthouse located within walking distance of the vibrant city center. We had a very welcoming greeting by the owner, the room was clean and modern.
If you have a car you have to park it in the nearby streets, where parking spots are quite expensieve.
In short: if you don't need organised breakfest or daily hotel services, this guesthouse is just perfect.

Lovely

This apartment looked exactly as described. Its modern and clean and roomy. Ana is lovely she really was a pleasure to meet we would return just to pay ger a visit. She gave us such good advice and showed us the best places to go. The apartment is so close to town to (for other people like us who get lost even with a map - when you come out of the apartments turn left. At the bottom of the street turn right. Its straight all the way past the carpark and should be simple enough to find from there. It really isnt far. We found the most amazing beach too. Its about a twenty to thirty minute walk from the main promenade just keep following the path all the way round to the right. Dont be fooled into thinking it stops either. It doesnt its just narrower and a little more off the beaten track but well worth it for the views. Theres a bar there too although it doesnt sell food in the off season. Its an amazing place and the people were ny far the friendliest we encountered in any of the cities. Thank you Ana for having us!
