Ivan from the Hotel Vestibul Palace was perfect. He helped us get our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Not sure what we would have done if not for him. Sandra at breakfast every morning was excellent. Very helpful and nice. Breakfast was great and staying inside the palace was so worth it.

This place was okay, for a single nights stay. It is very basic, but the bed is comfortable and nothing was missing. The location was good, but impractical and really hard to find. We struggled for long to find it until we ended up asking random hotels in the area to help us find it. Apparently, we had to check in at the reception at another hotel. The room was overall clean except from the shower. It seemed like it had not really been cleaned for a long time and it looked like there was black mold or something like that on the wall.

Was housing an extra friend for a festival that ended very late because his hotel was 30 more minutes away and he hurt himself. Cleaning lady unlocked our door at 9am without knocking and then told the owners we had extra people in the room and got us kicked out. No privacy or attempt to understand the situation. Also had no hot water, As well as the location on

The area was amazing and Ivan was extremely helpful. He drove us to Trogir the day after. The room was amazing. Although a little noisy from the room above, but we fell asleep anyway.

Staff and owner were great! Fantastic service and available as needed. The location is magnificent; the only issue was dust mites or some sort of dust or insects that were microscopic in the bed that were not visible but my daughter wife and I could not sleep all night and were woken up every few minutes due to an itch or a rash. The owner said he did not know of this issue and that he would fix it right away; we are running on zero sleep and a scary experience due to this. Otherwise, the breakfast and service was fantastic. Once the bugs are fixed, this would come highly recommended.
