Great rooms and location

We loved staying here.
The rooms are great, comfy, showers and beds are also great.
The attendant received us so friendly and made our stay very special.
The location is great, near to the best restaurants, bars and gelaterias. The breakfast is served at the restaurant behind the hotel, delicious and well served.
We recommend this place!

Avoid this hotel!

I booked this hotel months in advance for my honeymoon and then the week of my trip a woman contacted me on what’s app saying that they needed to cancel my reservation because they had an “unexpected overlap in the booking schedule.” We had to get another hotel that was more expensive and we couldn’t find the balcony we wanted for our honeymoon. We weren’t compensated for having to pay more and the whole thing was really unprofessional. I would avoid this place if you are planning a vacation to Split!

Extremely noisy

First of all there isn’t an elevator, which is ok, but when it’s 36 out not great. It’s centrally locates in old town, which is nice except when there’s drinks outside yelling until 4-5 am. If you don’t mind not being able to sleep this is an ok option. The curtains also didn’t cover the window and were falling down. The room was nice, modern decor and clean. Great bathroom. Very hard bed.

Very loud location and stuffy rooms.

Our room was on the corner of a loud street with live music and lots of crowds until 2/3am. AC didn’t work properly so it was very hot in there and we also couldn’t open the windows because of noise. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was very good. The room itself was lovely, carpeted floor looked and felt fresh. Unfortunately we probably would not revisit here because of the busy location. But if you want to be in the centre of it all, it’s in a good area.

Perfect location

Perfect location in the middle of the old town. Room was really clean and the stuff friendly. Would stay again!
The only thing you should note is that hotel is located in an old building on the second floor and doesn’t have a lift so you have to carry your luggage using steps.
