Charming location - amazing Apartment Leticia

We visited Split for a week in the spring and stayed at the quaint Apartments Leticia. We were in the First Floor Studio and Penthouse Studio and were extremely happy with the cleanliness, comfort and all the amenities. The free WIFI and built in kitchenette were a big bonus. Zoran and Margo were amazing hosts and had thoughtfully included everything that one could possibly need to add to the comfort of the guests. The location was perfect - just a few minutes walk away from the center of Split through pretty cobble-stoned streets with a photo opportunity at every turn! Just around the corner was a bakery and store that they directed us to. Fresh croissants started our morning each day! Zoran and Margo were extremely knowledgeable and gave us helpful tips on local sightseeing and events, restaurants and recreational options (we even rented a Segway tour)! Since we got home to Toronto, Canada, we have been highly recommending Apartments Leticia to all our friends and family! Can't wait to go back!

Charming and lovely holiday Apartmants

There is nothing like having a warm welcome to start your holidays. The owner of the property, Daria, was an excellent host who gave us very useful information to help us enjoy our stay in Split . We had the upper apartment which has beautiful views over the rooftops of the old town. The apartment was comfortable and had everything that you need to feel at home. The location is great - less than a 10 min walk to the old town center and the waterfront and a 20 minute walk to the beach Marjan. About a 2 min walk is a bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. A 5 min walk will bring you to Vidilica which has a beautiful panoramic view of Split. On our last day Daria called us a cab and we were surprised with a small parting gift for being such great tenants. We will certainly be returning next year. Great job Daria and great customer service.

Lovely little apartment, great location, very clean.

Super clean and sweet apartment up a little lane a short walk from the promenade in Split. The owner arranged the pick up for us from the airport and gave is useful advice as to a gorgeous park nearby where we could swim. We chose the upstairs double for ourselves and the adjoining downstairs for our teenagers. Perfect.

lovely place

Place is great, it's in a center of a city but that again far enough not to hear any noise. Place is clean till perfection and comfortable with small kitchen that's got all you need. Owner is super generous and nice

Super-charming well-situated flat

We spent excellent 3 nights over there, it was fantastic ! It is in the old peasan part, all now renovated and very charming. The houses are small, but very authentic. The pedestrians streets are full of secrets and you should open the eyes to not miss the flat.
The house is perfectly renovated and clean. You have a small kitchen if required and the bathroom is very nice. The rooms are quiet, except if you hear in the lower one the people living on the top.
The owner will give you some inside tips. You have very close a very good bakery and the fantastic Marjan Parc is reached in 15 minutes by foot. The city center is also less than 10 minutes far, even if you will have to climb a bit to go back to the rooms :-)
Perfect for a couple !
