Everyday we had to call the reception to get them to fix different things in the room.
No working AC, no hot water, it was leaking water from the roof down on you when you sat on the toilet. Terrible experience.
They show you restaurants on the map when
You arrived that has been closed for many years.
The ad says 4 restaurants and in real world it is one by the pool.
That restaurant is very good but it is also the only restaurant.
The kids club was also very nice with super nice personnel.
But if you want a nice stay in Pula, do not pick this place.
Our flight back home was scheduled at 9pm and check out was at 10 am.
I begged them to compensate us with a room to 6 pm due to al the problems we had that week but there was no way the could do this.
When i asked to speak to the manager over the phone I could not even get the managers number.
I understand why, they would probably be drowning in complaints from the guests.
We were not alone to have these kind of problems with our stay.
Chose a other place to stay if you want a good stay in Pula!

During our stay we experienced numerous issues, including:
•A broken toilet seat, which was cracked in several places.
•A defective hairdryer that could not be used.
•The inside handle of the entrance door was missing, making the door inconvenient to operate.
•We booked accommodation for five guests, but the terrace contained only three outdoor chairs, meaning not everyone could sit outside together.
•We requested replacement bed linen. When it finally arrived, staff knocked on our door at 8:45 a.m. despite us being on holiday with our family, including a teenager. Furthermore, we had to change all the bed linen ourselves.
•The delivered linen was also incorrect. We received seven sheets and one duvet cover for a double duvet, although the apartment only contained single duvets, leaving us without usable duvet covers.
•We specifically booked and paid for an apartment with garden view. Instead, our apartment overlooked the rear of surrounding buildings, with several air conditioning units creating constant noise throughout the day and nights

Complete disaster!
Upon arrival, we were assigned to the Lydia building, room 263. We were greeted by a colony of ants in the room and three huge bugs on the sofa, wall, and wardrobe. Everything was dirty, moldy, and outdated. The sofa was broken, the apartment smelled strongly of dampness, and I used an entire bottle of perfume trying to mask the odor just so we could get through the first night.
My mother-in-law and I swept the ants out ourselves, but they were back the next morning. The reservation was for four people, yet the sofa bed had neither been unfolded nor prepared, so we had to do that ourselves as well. At least we found the bedding in the wardrobe—full of bugs.
I complained that the room did not match the photos we had booked and paid for. During the reservation process, I had clearly stated that we had two disabled guests. According to the staff, this information had not been passed on to them. After a lengthy discussion, they moved us to what they described as “a room of a category twice as high.” I should point out that when making the reservation, there was no option to choose a room category, nor was it mentioned anywhere that the resort had different room categories.
The second room, located in the Anida building, was decent, clean, free of bugs, and actually matched the photos. I travel frequently for both business and leisure and regularly stay in hotels rated three stars and above. I have never encountered anything like this anywhere in the world. It certainly does not meet the standards expected of a hotel of this category in Europe.
Sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool cost an additional €12. The only fortunate thing was that we had booked just two nights because we were only passing through.
I consider this a form of deception because guests pay expecting to receive the rooms shown in the photos (which are exclusively from the yellow building), only to be placed, as we were, in one of the old, run-down buildings that are nowhere near the standard of the main building to which we were moved after complaining.
As part of this reservation, my personal data was also compromised due to the cybersecurity breach involving the Phobs platform. I will be discussing the potential consequences with my team and will then consider what legal action may be appropriate.
I do not know on what basis they decide who is accommodated in the main building and who is placed in the secondary buildings, but this should be clearly disclosed. The secondary buildings do not meet even the minimum standards expected of a one-star hotel, let alone a three-star property.

The rooms are big enough and comfortable
The kitchen and bathroom have everything is needed excluding body wash and shampoo
The reception is at the very entrance where the barrier is but they let you in with the car even if you didn’t check in so you might miss it and wonder around to look for it, so if you are tired from travelling might not be a great experience.
The room had the toilet sit broken, the bidet tap spraying water everywhere and the bin under the sink in the kitchen broken too, I told the reception about it and in a couple of hours was sorted, staff is very nice and quick at taking action. The only thing that was not usable was the safe as the instructions did not correspond to the safe characteristics.
The pool which by my understanding was included you need to pay for the lay downs so is a price to consider if you want to use it, plus they let children in with big inflatables so is not the best experience if you happen to go when there is more than one child around.
Overall a nice experience, the view is amazing and the place very quiet, not far from Pola city by car is 10 minutes
