Viaje a Cali para la Feria!!
Estuve en la ciudad de Cali para la Feria y me recomendaron este Hotel que recién inauguraban. El cual me pareció estupendo por precio, por la comodidad de sus habitaciones y la excelente ubicación. Super recomendado.

HORRIBLE! BEWARE!
HORRIBLE! BEWARE! The worst customer service and disrespect for customers with terrible accommodations.
I don't even know where to begin with this nightmare of a hotel. This review could go on for pages with all the things that went wrong. I stayed there 7 nights on business. I did not select the hotel. The group that was hosting the training had pre-paid for the group. I should have know from check-in this would be a nightmare. We had reserved months ago and were clear we needed a king bed. When we arrived, the young girl at the desk said there was no king bed. She didn't even attempt to try and help us. An older woman worker heard us discussing the issue and told the young girl it was possible. She then told her how to move things around. This was the beginning of a long line of lazy workers who have NO TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. The breakfast in the morning was exactly the same every morning and it was less than appetizing. Breakfast was till 930 every morning. I arrived at 840am on two occasions and they were basically out of food and refused to bring more.
The rooms were clean. I will give them that. But the beds were hard. They provide no basic, complementary toiletries. The outlet in the bathroom was broken and when I called for maintenance the worker said the outlet was on order and could only give me an extension cord. There was one towel on one day and when I called for another towel the young girl at the front desk gave me a hard time about getting another towel.
And the supplies at the hotel were low. There were only a few irons at the hotel. We had trouble getting one. We finally got one and then the next morning we were woken up at 530am to get the iron back because another guest needed it. WHO DOES THAT!!
The pool was closed almost the entire time we were there. There was a lounge area/work area by the pool but every time I went to go work there, the employees were there eating and relaxing as if it was an employee lounge. This is clearly a management issue with the hotel and a lack of training for what are mostly very young employees.
The worst night was our last night. We arrived from an excursion to find loud music at the hotel and many drunk and rowdy people coming in and out the hotel. When we asked when the event would be over they said 2am. Our room was on the 5th floor right below the party area and we got no sleep with the live band, dancing, and noise. Many of us complained and they said it was the hotel owners party and there was nothing they could do. Can you believe that?!! The hotel owner was inconveniencing his own guests for his personal pleasure. Clearly, the issues with this hotel start from the top with a lack of care and concern for guest and their comfort and safety.
In all fairness, I will give a few pros. The hotel is in a decent location (though it can be very noisy if there is a game as it is right across the street from the soccer stadium). The rooftop bar is really nice with a great view of the city and the food there is good.
I would NEVER come to this hotel again even if you paid me. Save yourself the sleepless nights and being the victims of poor customer service. If I could give the ZERO stars I would.

not a good experience
I stayed in Torca Hotel with the Brazilian Delegation (60 persons) during a championship. We stood over there for 4 days, and 4 days having trouble with food and shower. Food were REALLY STRICTED / limited and the shower during the 4 days were unstable, or EXTREMELLY hot or EXTREMELLY cold. we advised several times the repection and nothing has been done.
The worst thing was during the check out, me, as the group organizer has done the order of 2 pieces of protein for person. one piece was already included and we added the second piece. During the check out, they charged me these 2 pieces, giving the excuse that they served 3 pieces of protein. LIE!!!!! and I was not able to leave the hotel without paying these extras that were charged erroneously and maliciously.

Hospedaje fallido
El hotel está en una zona antigua, pero segura y linda. Nos pareció ideal por la cercanía al centro donde se realizaría el simposio al que iríamos. El hotel se ve lindo, limpio pero no pudimos hospedarnos.
Habíamos realizado la reserva un mes antes del viaje. Al llegar a Cali, recibimos la información de que estaban en "mantenimiento" y nos habían reubicado en otro hotel. Me pareció raro, ya que el día previo al viaje había estado en comunicación con personal del hotel para ultimar detalles del transporte.
Para dirigirnos al lugar donde se realizaba el simposio, debíamos pasar por este hotel y nos percatamos de que siempre se mantuvieron registrando huéspedes. Me pareció de mal gusto esta experiencia.
Fuimos al hotel a exponer nuestra incomodidad y, el gerente de turno no supo cómo compensarnos. Regresamos al día siguiente y la gerente que esta en ese momento de manera rápida solucionó proveyéndonos el transporte hacia el aeropuerto.
No volvería a reservar con ellos, ni lo recomiendo a otros viajeros.

Hotel moderno
Tengamos en cuenta que no soy colombiano. El hotel es moderno y no lleva mucho tiempo en funcionamiento. Es funcional y tiene no demasiadas habitaciones, mobiliario recién estrenado, buen confort de cama, televisión correcta y cuarto de baño funcional y en perfecto estado. La insonorización es decente entre habitaciones pero deficiente en lo que concierne a los ruidos en la calle a pesar de estar en un 4º piso. Falta nevera y caja de seguridad pero son detalles que quizás a algunos les dará igual. Está situado justo al estadio de fútbol más grande de Cali. Su personal es excepcionalmente educado y eficiente. El desayuno está muy por debajo de lo que se espera en un hotel de ese tipo que aspira a ser casi de nivel ****, el problema viene por la falta de variedad, para que se hagan una idea no hay tostadas ni cereales (aunque si los pides te lo traen). Su precio es muy competitivo. El wifi es decente, el aire acondicionado es suficiente y silencioso
