Everything was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. My only nitpick would be that the hot water would cut out about every minute and a half or so for about 10 seconds.

The hotel offered everything listed, also it is on a great location very safe and near lots of restaurants. staff was very nice and supportive.
Just it might be very noisy when crowded outside or indoors, sound isolation must be worked on. Otherwise we had a very good stay and will recommend to friends.

Opportunity for improvement in the management of reservation collection through lodging reservation platforms

I booked a hotel through the Hopper platform, paying for the lodging service through said platform. However, the hotel administration was unaware of this procedure and process, they did not even know that their hotel was offered on said platform. For this reason, they began a collection action against the guest, when it was proven that the service was paid for. In conclusion, the marketing and finance area of the administration does not know how to charge for the services they offer through platforms, and consequently they require the guest to clarify their vulnerability and lack of administrative and hotel management knowledge.
