服务非常的热情呀，第一次来这边办事耽误了点时间，前台还免费帮我延迟了退房时间，还到餐厅打包了送的咖啡，吧台小哥现磨的豆子香得走不动道啦～

房間設施新凈有四星尾水平。 保養 尚算 可以，
只是離市中心有12-15分鐘步程。
週圍 人氣少 週邊 食市已經 關閉 必須到市中心
早餐簡單並沒有咖啡提供😅

卫生：一般，一进房间门口就可以明显感觉到卫生人员不太专业。
设施：很差，很陈旧，洗手间里的电源插头用一块烂木板就放着，我吹头发都怕漏电！热水器最热温度只有35度左右，我全程都是抖着冲完凉。最让人接受不了的是，房间是没有配充电线的，打客服电话要充电线，说是没有。要充电的话就只能到1楼前台去租充电宝，我可以接受你在房间里面放收费的充电线，但是不能接受三更半夜手机充个电，还要到1楼去自己租。这家酒店服务太差，也很不人性化。

尊敬的宾客：您好！非常感谢您选择入住我们的酒店，并抽出宝贵的时间与我们分享您的入住体验。在您入住酒店期间，房间有任何设施设备方面的问题您可以随时呼叫服务员，我们24小时待命为您解决问题。你所提到的热水问题，酒店工程部的同事已经检查过，酒店热水系统是正常的喔，可能你没按到热水方向；酒店前台有提供充电线的，前台工作人员已经与您解释清楚的。希望能谅解。期待再次光临！

真的很少给差评，也住了很多次了，但是这一次真的忍不住要给差评！入住前已经说过有一次床塌了的体验，要求给个好的房间！结果给了614的亲子房主人床的床依然塌了！！！斜的！这个问题上次入住已经提出过了，今次再来，依旧没有解决，越来越塌！睡都睡不了！和前台反应，说会换床，结果也没换！体验感真的越来越差，做酒店的，床这种基本设施都可以如此不重视，不懂评论！十分无语！
