There are no amenities which is understandable for this type of hotels, but I must say my room and the service were impeccable! The hotel is easy to find and is located in a nice neighborhood. The room had a nice view and was super clean. The owner took time to explain in detail the trajectory and the time each will take in Zhangjiajie National Park. He also gave us a ride for free to and back from the park. He helped us get refund for another park tickets. His wife helped us get a didi the next morning to the train station. It was a wonderful experience staying there. I highly recommend!

The lady boss was very kind to help me explain the best route in Zhangjiajie Scenic Area in detail, and also helped us to buy tickets for the ropeway at a discount. He also personally drove to the gate of the scenic spot👍

The owner of this shop is very nice, the house is clean, the food provided tastes good, and there is a free shuttle to the scenic spot. A very satisfying stay!

The boss patiently explained the route for us, as well as the convenient and money-saving route for the return journey. He took us to the South Gate in the morning, and helped us take our luggage to the bus station on the return journey. He was super patient and liked the boss.
