What a great hotel! Loved everything about it. The design, the cleanness, the convenience (8 mins+ from High Tech Park MTR and the mall with foodcourt and restaurants), the comfy bed and the friendly helpful staff! There's also a little gym available within the hotel. Looking for good deals to definitely come back. Thanks a lot!

Rooms are decent but somewhat on the small size even though i upgraded to the best King room. Its clean though and very new. Breakfast could be better, the coffee is bad, the hot dishes were luke warm, the noodles are good, and the changfen is also well made. The shushu behind the noodle did a good job. Location is quite good with 10 walk to the Mall north and metro.

Location is good enough. 
Cleaning service is as good as it can be, the cleaning staffs are doing the best they possibly can.
Service is good as well, nothing to complain about. 
The only issue for me is facilities: the room I stayed on Level 15 has a bad watery smell, it's old, and no windows. The lift takes forever to arrive. Overall I'm not impressed about the facilities, given the price I paid for.
