Front desk check-in and check out process is very efficient. The room is very clean. The location is very close to shopping and mall.

First time staying here.
Loved - Modern renovated room, comfy bed, smart switches (curtains, usb ports for charging etc). location walking distance to Xixiang MTR station. 20 minutes walk to night market (recommend), good shower. Others - A/C strong, decent Wifi strength and coverage
Didnt love - Old carpets, smoke smell in room despite non-smoking, in room TV had projection functionality from but doesnt work.

The same Leica won't be found instead the symbol and Gluck hotel is what you will find. The staff were friendly and they allowed us an early booking. The materials are of good quality and are well integrated. The toilet paper holder is placed way back but the hair dryer is perfectly placed next to the washing bowl. I noted that there was no fridge in the room. A pleasant stay all around with a descent breakfast, McDonald's, KFC etc across the road plenty of other malls within walking distance as well as Xixiang metro station.

So this place I would suggest if you are couple dating you can be here, but if you go to Shenzhen for business probably not the best choice.
