This hotel has very good location; easy access to transportation, eateries and groceries. The room we were in was on the small side but not too small- minimalist and efficient. The breakfast was consistently tasty and filling. The receptionists and people working there all were friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is next to railroad tracks surprisingly not much noise to notice.

Hotel - hostel for groups and schools

We visited it with my school. It had advantages and disadvantages, overall a moderate hotel, its advantages were the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, the modern design, the affordable price and the good quality breakfast materials. Its most serious disadvantage was the minimal breakfast only with bread, james, scrapled eggs, cheeses, ham, which were of good quality and were directly supplemented by the staff. He didn't have any cakes, muffins, cookies, but he sold them at high prices. I would not close in this hotel chain on a personal level due to the weak breakfast

Families, choose this hotel

I had a really nice experience at this property. The kindness of the staff was evident from the first moment - always available, smiling and ready to anticipate every need. The professionalism of the staff, clearly well trained and experienced, made the stay even more comfortable.
The impeccable cleanliness of the rooms is another strength: from the rooms to the common areas, everything was perfectly cared for and sanitized. The decor is distinguished by a modern, young and lively style, with playful details that create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
It is the ideal place for a family trip - children have a lot of fun thanks to the spaces designed especially for them. The value for money is more than satisfactory considering the level of service offered. We will definitely return and I highly recommend it to those looking for a nice, professional but at the same time informal and suitable for the whole family.

No restaurant, no bar, small rooms, cramped bathrooms, noisy breakfast room (bad acoustics).
Helpful staff in reception, central position in Heidelberg (at train station).
