A perfect score experience
This is the right time to take a family trip. Rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable for old people and children. The front desk service was especially sweet, watching us take care of our children everywhere. Breakfast is varied, both Chinese and Western, the whole family and children are very satisfied with the food, will choose here next time!

Very good!!!
Going out with your best friend, picking this one really didn't step on thunder! The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk sister was warm and efficient, and patient enough to recommend good food and fun places around. Breakfast is super rich, both Chinese and Western, two people eat super satisfying, stay here next time!

A True Home Away from Home
I have stayed at Pullman Jiaxing Pinghu Excellence for business over the past three years: 5 weeks in 2024, 5 months in 2025, and I will be staying for another 6 months in 2026. After spending so much time here, I can confidently say that this hotel deserves the highest rating.
The first thing that comes to mind when I think about this hotel is its exceptional staff. They are incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. During my long stays, they have made me feel at home rather than simply staying in a hotel. Their genuine care and attention create a warm and welcoming atmosphere every day.
The rooms are extremely spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, making them perfect for both short and long business stays. Housekeeping is consistently professional, and the rooms are always maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Breakfast is another highlight, with a wide variety of choices and consistently high-quality food. The restaurant staff, just like every other member of the team, are always friendly, attentive, and supportive.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Webster, Lea, Andy, Sue, and the young team members of the Executive Lounge. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile have made every one of my stays enjoyable. They are a true credit to the hotel.
I continue to choose this hotel because it offers everything I need during long business assignments: the feeling of being at home, outstanding people, consistently high-quality service, and excellent value for money.
