Ok but not for western tastes

This is not a bad hotel. Looks a bit 70's from outside but rooms are decent and clean. Staff are friendly but only one on team speaks limited English but this is China.
Biggest gripes are breakfast is only for locals, no international breakfast apart from toast, also no wifi only LAN connection. This is very frustrating for a iPhone and iPad user.

Quite place

I like this place because it is not noisy and very close to dianchi lake. You can walk to the lake only 10 minutes. It is not quite far from city center around 30 miniutes and all of driver know thia place.

Resort setting, spacious, nice grounds, average+ rooms

This resort hotel is a bit far from the center of town, but prices are reasonable and the lobby lounge is pleasant with a skylight/atrium feel.
Our room was large, the bed nice, the bathroom a bit dirty but cleaned by the maid to the wife's satisfaction.
We moved to a junior suite for only RMB480 (about US$75) that had a great work area, speedy internet connection, a nice couch and two TV's (with HBO, ESPN, and a lot of Chinese channels!).
Breakfast, included with the room, was acceptable if uninspired.

酒店位置很好，离滇池很近，游玩方便，超出预期。卫生和管理尚可，房间每天只有两瓶矿泉水，超出要给钱，有点不合理。酒店设施较为陈旧，地毯破损，墙上壁纸部分脱落，希望能尽快更换。希望下次能提供更多的增值服务。
