酒店房间干净整洁面积大，房间内各种设施齐全，免费停车，免费早餐，地理位置佳，出行购物吃饭都很方便，星级享受，亲民价格，值得入住体验！

房间很新，附近吃饭很方便，房间不仅配备电视还配备蓝牙音箱，我朋友的房间配备投影仪非常不错，不过门遇到风总是会响，卫生间也是干湿分离，床垫睡着非常舒服，早餐也很多样，油条特别豪赤treetree的，前台美女服务业很到位，距离古城香妃园车站距离都不远，非常推荐

酒店真的太好了，位置比较好找，全屋智能很方便，前台也很专业，房间很干净，有问题都能给我快速解答。早餐也还不错，下次还来住！

310和311房间进门有一股很浓烈的异味，不知道是刚刷的地板蜡还是床头软包的味道，十分刺鼻，拿我们顾客当空气净化器呢？好了两年的鼻炎又复发了。还有就是屋子里的空调，根本不制冷这个时期的新疆温度中午也得有30度，屋子里温度自始至终维持到了27度，晚上睡觉都是一身汗。其次就是吃完晚饭回来发现床上有虫子，这是对于经常住酒店的人最不能忍受的，反映了以后前台说叫人来解决跟前台反映了也没有得到解决。出门在外各大酒店也都住过了，希望酒店能得到重视吧反正我们以后是不可能再继续住了！！

22号上夜班的前台女孩子 态度很恶劣 我是四点半过去的 他好像在睡觉 我也挺不好意思打扰人家 可没办法 然后问他了 隔夜房什么时候可以开 他说六点半 都是六点 他这六点半 好 我也没说啥 然后说了我有会员卡 结果他查不出来 明明有的会员卡怎么会查不出来 连查会员都不会 态度还比我恶劣 我男朋友喝多了难受 不然我昨晚肯定跟他吵起来

尊敬的女士您好：非常抱歉给您带来如此不好的入住体验，您反映的问题酒店已经详细查看监控视频，未发现酒店员工违规或态度恶劣的情况，全程也未发生争吵。关于您说的隔夜房问题，每个酒店规定可能会稍有不同。会员卡是可以打折和延迟退房，如果是房量充足的情况下，适当提前时间入住也是可以的，但由于当日和次日房量紧张，确实无法为您提前入住，还是希望您能够理解。员工操作都是按照标准流程进行，但有时服务行业总是无法尽善尽美，良言一句三冬暖，还是很希望您能通过协调的方式表达您的不满，真的犯了错，我们也不会纵容包庇。但按规定办事本身是没有任何问题的。再次向您致以诚挚的歉意，青皮树酒店的大门永远向您敞开。
