This apartment was a fantastic find! The accommodation was complete and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What's more, the location was incredibly convenient, with the airport shuttle bus stop just a short walk away, making transfers a breeze. I highly recommend this apartment for its completeness and easy access to transportation

Great place to stay. Just beside the mall and easy to get taxi in front of the apartment. However we were not able to use the kitchen especially microwave as it was quite dirty. The utensils have black stains, we were afraid it might fell off into our food. So we end up using kettle only and ordered food delivery. The check in and check out process were smooth. We had a great view of dragon tower from our apartment. Overall it was a good experience and worth the price. Will come back!

I like being at home😊 the room is suitable for the price. It's even better if you provide a broom in this room. close to shopping mall and dragon tower. if in malaysia this apartment is like ppr. nice view from room👍🏻

While the location of the hotel was convenient, situated near a bustling shopping mall and metro station, unfortunately, my experience with the room (6 nights) left much to be desired. The room itself was in poor condition; the chair was broken, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. The window didn't close properly, allowing outside cold wind to filter in, and the bathroom was not only dirty but also emitted a foul odor. To my dismay, I found a cigarette butt on the floor upon arrival. Additionally, both the towel and bedsheet quality were notably below standard. No cleaning during 6 days, not enough toilet paper and tooth paste.
Despite the disappointments regarding the room's condition, I must acknowledge that the price was reasonable, falling somewhere between budget and upscale accommodations. However, I would caution future guests to manage their expectations regarding the room quality based on my experience.

Hello, the chair has been replaced 。And you need to rotate the handle to close the window. The window is working, If you don't know how to use it,,you can send a message to the 24-hour manager who will help you .As we are a self-service apartment, no one enters the guest's room without an apartment,We provide cleaning, services when changing guests, not every day cleaning services, please read it in platform before making a reservation. However, if you need to clean the room during your stay, we will arrange for a cleaning lady to come and clean it, but you need to make an appointment with the butler. Thank you for choosing us. Please include any shortcomings. These rooms are painted every spring and have already been arranged for painting and various repairs.
The tissues and toothbrushes are provided on a daily basis. If there is any further need, please contact the staff., But we haven't received any information from you。Or you can take it from office everyday when you pass through there.
