Important information from the hotel

The outdoor swimming pool on the third floor will reopen on April 14th. It will be closed every Monday for water quality maintenance and equipment upkeep, but will be open as usual on public holidays. In case of inclement weather, the pool may be temporarily closed; you will be notified separately. For any assistance, please contact the Guest Services Department directly. Thank you for your understanding. Maintenance work will be carried out in some rooms of the apartment from 09:00 to 18:00 (excluding weekends and weekdays from 12:00 to 14:00). Noise will be generated during the work. In addition, due to interior renovations and upgrades at the adjacent Taikoo Hui shopping mall, intermittent noise may occur during weekday daytime hours. We will do our best to minimize any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
