亲爱的客人：您好！感谢您给予我们的五星好评，我们付出努力，不为其他，只为让您满意。五登酒店在2023年9月开业，设施设备都还保持很新的状态，房间一次性洗簌用品和毛巾均采用无菌包装完好，同时房间设有紫外线消毒，干净又卫生，健身房和自助洗衣房都在38楼，可洗衣可烘干。另外，房间还有一键干衣的功能，非常的方便和快捷。停车库在1至-4楼且车位充足，地理位置优越，距离观音桥洪崖洞等景点都非常方便。我们会一直努力，不断进步，做到至善至美，把更加优质的服务和入住体验带给每一位客人。衷心祝您身体健康，工作顺利，五登酒店全体欢迎您的再次光临！

Very good building. Room was as advertised - spacious and well maintained. Clean and quiet. Fast elevators. Not noisy in mornings.
To improve:
- replace towels automatically. Slow response when requested towels after housekeeping took old ones.
- improve late check out service- I called front desk & discussed, but still charged a fee. This is why I will not return- seems petty.
- please manage noise and loitering immediately outside hotel building doors

Dear guests, thank you for your feedback. We attach great importance to it. The normal check-out time of the hotel is 12:00 noon. We will delay it to 14:00 according to the customer's schedule. 这是一次非常满意的体验，酒店环境很好，大厅很大，干净明亮，服务也很热情，一到前台就递了冰冰凉凉的矿泉水，酒店楼层非常高，安排的41楼的，电梯很快，需要刷卡，住店体验很安全，楼层大姐也非常热情，帮我送洗了衣服并烘干，周边餐饮也很多，火锅串串味道都不错，整体体验都非常满意👍。

前台小白聪服务太棒了!从进门的那一刻起，就感受到了满满的温暖和热情。房间干净整洁，设施齐全，住得超舒服!下次一定还会再来!
二月份开始第一次接触五登酒店，第一感管是比较一般的，但是前台小姐姐很热情，印象比较深刻，后续多次入住，前台小姐姐也是升级房型，送水果很是温馨，非常感谢
