Location, cleanliness, accommodation, all good. But what a poor service, far from a hotel on this level. Since the check in, a very poor English from the staff, impossible to communicate. Also, every request that I had, delayed hours. I asked for a simple cup of milk at the room and until now I’m waiting. Also, at the breakfast, the service is even more poor. Nobody to explain, nobody to attend, a simple order as a pancake delayed an hour almost, I had to call someone to ask. Nobody cares. Definitely a hotel that offer a lots, but definitely deliver much less. Miles of distance from the price that I have paid for.

Great hotel. Rooms are stunning, with amazing views across the river. From our room we could see the drone show very clearly, which was great.
Breakfast buffet was great. Staff are friendly, check-in easy.
