Good experience

I traveled for work and stayed here. At the beginning of the stay I had a problem choosing the wrong travel date. The
Hotel took a 7 generating me the money back for my mistake and helped me solve it through the application of my work. Very good facilities, attention and very friendly staff. I would definitely come back!

Damage to the vehicle during the stay and no response from the hotel

I stayed at the Hotel Naguilán from the night of July 7 to July 8, 2026. Upon arrival, the main parking lot was full, and the staff indicated that we should leave the vehicle in an alternative parking lot in front of the hotel. The next day, when we retrieved it, we found a dent and a crack of approximately 20 cm in the windshield, damage that did not exist upon entry. There are no cameras in this parking lot.
We immediately reported what happened at the reception. As the manager was not on the premises, the staff attempted to contact him without success and instructed us to send an email with the complaint. We followed that instruction, but to date, we have not received a response.
Due to the lack of response, I filed complaints with SERNAC and SERNATUR, both currently in process.
The most disappointing thing was not only the damage to the vehicle but also the absence of a response from the hotel. I believe that if an establishment directs its guests to an alternative parking lot, it should promptly investigate any incidents and formally respond to complaints.

Lousy wifi and poor disposition.

I do not recommend at all, I had one of the superior rooms, the Wifi an embarrassment could not work much less watch tv, I could not even leave my daughter monitor to monitor it, no one offers solutions, breakfast leaves much to be desired as well. Unfortunate as the place is beautiful but not worth the price.

Hotel correct

We stayed 2 nights at the Naguilan Hotel, a little behind the center but the bus stops right in front. The view on the river is pretty, the welcome is correct. The rooms are not very large but clean, the same for the bathroom, no air conditioning, the windows must be blocked with a wooden slat.the main building is of a beautiful architecture. Breakfast is quite varied.

We were robbed inside the Naguila hotel room in Valdivia

My husband and I stayed at the hotel 2 nights and on the last day we were robbed inside the room of the Naguilan hotel, we went to carabinieri, the complaint was placed as it was Sunday day and the manager was not, waited until the next day when he arrived at 10:30 am without any concern, talked and agreed to place the complaint by Sernac and Sernatur, waited the corresponding days, we received the mail today from Sernac, where it indicates that the hotel is not responsible and that we did not advise that we had a backpack in the room which was stolen inside the room. A 4-star hotel, has no security whatsoever, no cameras in its vicinity. They went in room 101, first floor.
