A very nice experience, I took a trip through the south with my little one, and we chose this place, despite the hour.

A very nice experience, I took a trip through the south with my little one, and we chose this place. Despite the late hour we arrived, the receptionist was very kind in welcoming us after 9 hours of travel, and we felt very calm in a safe place. Everything throughout the days was perfect, very clean, cozy, and warm. We leave very happy and grateful; it felt like home, having a heated dining area with board games, something warm all day, and being able to order dinner for delivery (quickly) after a long day of adventure 10/10 thank you very much.

Good.

It is a small, cozy and rustic hotel. We liked the remoteness to the street so you could not hear the sound. The breakfast and coffee is great. It has parking and very good location. We're definitely coming back.

Perfect location!

Stayed here for four nights and would absolutely consider staying again should we ever visit Pucón another time. Our room was clean and had everything you need. The bed was really comfortable, the shower however a bit of a struggle sometimes. The owner is very friendly and speaks English as well. What we liked best was the location of the hotel: in a quiet street just a minute’s walk from the main street.

Lugar centrico. Destaco la limpieza del lugar todo impecable, y la atencion de Denisse y Yanet excelente. El desayuno cumple. Don Mario nos explicó el mapa turistico de Pucon y nos dió todos los tips para conocer y comer bueno, bonito y a buen precio. Hay estacionamiento.

Excelente

Todo muy limpio, el hotel muy cercano a todo no habia necesidad de ocupar auto para ir al centro o playa, ademas el hotel cuenta con estacionamiento, la pieza muy comoda y totalmente equipada, el personal muy atento incluso nos dieron tips para almorzar o comer muy ricos. Me encanto volveria a ojos cerrados a quedarme en este lugar.
