Best hotel in Pisco

One of the best experiences I have had staying in a hotel. Hotel UMA and its management express a love for the hospitality and customer service industry that is hard to see and replicate.
The owner came to pick us up at the Pisco square with incredible kindness. He introduced us to the common areas, our room, the general services of the hotel, things to do in the city, and he offered us a delicious tea as a welcome gift.
The beds are huge, very comfortable for this winter season. There was no need to turn on the radiator. The cleanliness is impeccable and the showers are wonderful.
The breakfast is the icing on the cake. Only seasonal fruits and local products. The attention from the staff is fantastic.
Unfortunately, we were only there for one day, but the facilities are so beautiful that you could easily spend the whole day there.
We will return to repeat the experience!

Excellent rest and disconnection.

Excellent for rest, to disconnect. The hotel is very well equipped, with good service from Mr. Nelson and the cook, excellent breakfasts, very complete, the best is the Quincho, they have grills, refrigerator, everything to cook, well-equipped bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Mr. Alejandra, the owner, advises and guides very well, especially with contacts for transportation, tours, visits; we left feeling renewed.

Excellent hotel, beautiful scenery, everything is very well thought out for a pleasant stay of rest. The attention from the owner and team is very kind and cordial. Excellent breakfast. Totally recommendable.

Excellent place to go to relax and enjoy the valley. Excellent facilities and the staff are very friendly at all times and worried that your stay will be even better.

Would Definitely Return!!

An oasis in Pisco Elqui. Valley of Elqui. We were there for 3 days. Well thought out to provide travelers a green and refreshing place to stay. A pleasant walk to the town, and the pool is delightfully cool and clean. The owner, Alejandro. offers a natural breakfast with home made bread and jams from the area. His administrator Ximena is helpful at suggesting different tours and activities in the area. If you arrive by plane to La Serena they have connections with a recommended UBER driver that can pick up and drop off. About an hour's ride into the Valley.
The rooms overlook a well thought out garden filled with flowers and there are shady areas with hammocks as a respite from the brilliant sun.
Would definitely return.
