Valet parking, bell captain and front desk all very organized and professional. Room was perfect and pricing was much better than @ Fallsview in Niagara Falls. Casino and restaurants are first class. It was worth us driving 3 1/2 hours from our Oakville home!

Checking in for the first time at Ceasar hotel in Windsor is ridiculously frustrating. After finally finding the self parking garage; which is apart from the hotel we walked at least 30 minutes up escalators and through the casino(we looked like refugees with our baggage) to find the lobby to check in which had the longest line up ever; another 30 minutes waiting (only two attendants) just to get our room. The room was nice but definitely not worth the hassle.

Shower valve was broken and would jump to super hot right away and burnt me. Showed the front desk lady the video of it moving on its own and she didn’t say sorry or anything. Just oh I’ll get someone to take a look at it.

Staff NEED to be trained on customer service and KNOW their property. Asked about food options and we were told everything was closed at 10pm except for this Tim Hortons on site. Ran into a security guard that informed us that the Legends restaurant is open until midnight and she actually walked us to this restaurants. The security seemed to now more then your front desk staff.

Staff friendly and attentive to our requests-Would highly recommend staying on your next trip to Windsor whether to gamble or enjoy the stunning room views and amenities. Iain
