1/2 star No Elevator Property

The write up and pictures of this hotel deceiving. It is an old rundown property with poor lighted hallways, no elevator , renovated room poorly down. The hill view is looking at the boarded up run down building which belongs to the property. The breakfast that is included is a paper bag with juice, yogurt, muffin, fruit cup and a bar. No protein if you have health issue. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

worst dirtiest hotel ever $232.00

I stayed here with my dad. the sheets on the bed looked like someone dragged their filthy butt across them. obviously had not been changed. the bathroom wasn't any better like a roadside outhouse. ac unit was no good. the floors were filthy. Fire hazard with the baseboard heater and dresser. I can't say anything good. the owner was not even remotely apologetic would NOT give me a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! MOST DISGUSTING. WORST OWNER EVER!! had to give rating so I could submit. Major health violation!!!

Our experience

This place is a dump we looked at 2 room before deciding not to stay there becasue both rooms we looked at the neither of the rooms had working A/C and both of the weren't clean at all. The one room smelled worse than anything I can imagine. The second one had a huge blood stain on the bed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Tried the get a refund for the 8 days we had booked and he told us to f**k our selves and that we wouldn't get our damage deposit back even though we were in the rooms for 10 minutes at most.

Nice location

I was traveling for work. Booked this hotel because of location. Room was ok. But had a very hard time opening the door and closing it. The hallway also had a weird smell. The breakfast was nice and staff were really friendly. The room was clean though.

Dirty Room and No breakfast

I booked through Hotels.com. Ad said there was breakfast included. When we checked in I noticed that the kitchen was being torn out. The room was gross, the bathroom was dirty with mold on the ceiling and in the tub. Under the beds was very dirty. We asked at the front desk for a new room and also about breakfast. They were willing to do a different room but said "too bad" for breakfast as they had torn the kitchen out in September. I told him I would be calling Hotels.com to complain. Hotels.com refunded us the cost of breakfast for three days. I guess they took it off what they were paying to the hotel, because when I went back to the front desk to inquire about the room change again they were mad that I had called Hotels.com. Guy yelled at my wife and was very upset. They refused to change the room.
Then to top it off my truck was broken into in the parking lot. Back glass smashed. Bad area of town, bad hotel.
Its too bad because I had stayed here last year right after they had renovated and it was nice.They let it get run down really fast. Guess that's what happens when you don't maintain anything.
