Staff were not readily available. Place was clean, room was tiny and freezing. Thermostat wasn’t working. Tried turning it off and cold air continued to blow.

Parking a car is an issue, expensive and the green lots next door pedestrian exits are not near hotel.

Nice lobby, great breakfast. Room quite small, no chair, only one small mirror, no replacement towels, no coffee second day.

The room was very small, no ventilation at all. No bathroom fan. Build up of dust on all the trim, and very poorly lit.
It was also a surprise to wake up to workers looking into our room from outside of our 3rd floor window at 7:30am. Yelling to one another while scraping the paint/caulking from the window sill. Not a pleasant or relaxing stay to say the least. Will not be returning.

The Union was a very handy location. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and well appointed. My stay was very comfortable and I would recommend it as a good hotel.
