Beautiful views

The rental company for the apartment The Bay Suites sent us emails with details how to enter. The apartment consisted from open space kitchen/lounge, two double bedrooms, one with bathroom suite and there was family bathroom, washing machine and dryer and balcony with one chair. It had fabulous view at Lake Ontario from the lounge which we enjoyed when having breakfast. There was also TV but we didn't watch it. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, coffee machine was fully equipped but we used it only for breakfast. The downside was that two of the towels had some stains so we used only two during our week stay. But the main issue was that there was NO information about the city, how to operate TV, cooker or microwave, what to do in case of emergency and we experienced fire alarm in the night at about 1am and just opening the door I saw a man from next apartment closing the door and he told me where is the stairway and that we should go down. It was 18th floor so despite the instruction coming from security (?) announcement said we should wait for further instruction we said it's 18th floor so we should run down.
Otherwise we enjoyed staying there as it 's location is near/walkable to the city centre.
I gave 1 star less just because of no information in the property otherwise it would be excellent.
