Thank You Milan Garden Inn Niagara Falls

Owner / girl on phone / room cleaning gal / owners wife...super friendly helpfull . Came for grand daughters wedding ..two nights ..friday saterday . Number 18 Great room heater worked perfect, nice hot water. cold fridge, new micro ,super clean crisp bedding / pillow / matress perfect. RCA tv failed to turn on, so owner Ghan (spelling) came right in with a beauty L.G. . Thank you. No noise like traffic/horns dumpster dumping .

You get what you pay for in life. Rug in the room was at least 30 to 40 years old. Pillows were cushions not pillows. No hair dryer in the room. Front desk was responsive and helpful. Air conditioner worked really well. No water in the room (bottles in the fridge). Walls could use a paint job. Only one light in the room. No table lights or desk lights. Stayed two nights and had no room service after our first night. Swimming pool had no water in it.

The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me.

It’s an OK Hotel. You get whatever you pay. The heater was OK and the AC was good too, overall it’s OK.

Yes we found good activities in Niagara all of the activities were 15 minutes away
