I was a late check-in, at 2:40 AM. I was given a room directly in front of a conference/meeting room. There was an event with breakfast being served in this conference room at 7:00 AM. There was enough noise from other guest in front of my door that I was woken up at 7:00 AM. I could not sleep-in even if I wanted to.
For someone checking-in that late, hotel staff need to be aware of what is happening in their hotel to be better able to accommodate a late arriving guest.

Room was very good and with a harbour was excellent. Wonderful to be able to watch the boats being loaded to go out to the oil rigs.
Dinner menu a little restrictive. Breakfast was good.

Great location and good stay except for the fire alarm testing in the morning! Why schedule that for 10:30 AM on Friday, why not schedule mid-day when most people are not in the hotel? Front desk staff were polite but not terribly friendly. Bar staff in lobby bar were great and provided lots of recommendations for local restaurants and pubs.

The staff was nice and welcoming. Well located.
The room was a little small for the type/price of hotel.
AC is super loud and noisy.
