I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay.
While the overall pricing was reasonable and the room was sufficient for a one-night stay, there are several areas that require attention. The exterior of the property needs maintenance, particularly the lawn, which appeared poorly kept. Additionally, the mat at the front entrance was stuck to the floor due to a lack of cleaning, which raises concerns regarding the standard of the current cleaning service.

Super comfy beds and pillows, water pressure is great. The only bad thing we experienced was constant noise in the hallway, doors banging and people running. So not a hotel issue, just an annoying guest issue.

They ignored the please make the bed sign, for all over the lobby, rooms, washrooms and overall amenities old, needs urgent renovation to look as a 2026 facility, it’s stocked in the 90’s

Your system is broken. the hotel.com app assigned a room that is not available. The hotel told me that this room is under repair since the first week of June. That room with a separate bedroom and a couch was the only reason why I reserved there. When I reserved on Thursday evening, there was plenty of hotels offering plenty of rooms with two beds. Friday evening by the time I got there for nothing almost everything was booked in town. Luckily, I was able to book at another place their last available room with two beds. This was a terrible stressful and highly unpleasant experience. From the way I see it hotel.com is at fault not to have an accurate room availability system.
