Have been to Quebec old Port many times and I’ve stayed at several different hotels. This one was charming the staff was wonderful and it was within walking distance of everything. Would definitely stay there again. The offsite parking was really a breeze the hotel staff was very helpful with that it’s literally just a block away.

The location was conveniently located to restaurants and the tourist information center. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only negative experience was with the bedding. The bed cover was basically a thick duvet, with no top sheet. That type of cover is fine if the room was chilly, which it wasn’t, but much too heavy for those of us who don’t require much cover at night. It was difficult to get truly comfortable.

Great Hotel in a great location

Our first time to Quebec City, overall the trip was amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect and just close enough to the main tourist spots, but off the beaten path to be a little more quiet at night. Rooms are small, but that's OK. Staff was nice and friendly, and parking was convenient. The parking garage is not far and a quick walk. We did not eat at the restaurant so cannot review that. Their is a gym at Hotel 71 for use as well, very nice gym, great views of the river and the staff there was equally as nice too. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very clean and the location is walking distance from all the attractions.

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff - a good location to explore lower Quebec.
Breakfast was ok but nothing more. Good restaurants are close by. Easy quick walk up to the main town and more things to do. A recommend!
