All comfort in absolute calm

We are very happy to have returned to the chalets from the end of the world for a second winter stay. The cottage is very comfortable and conveniently located. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We'll be right back.

a nice place

A very nice location on the water and sauna of our cottage was very nice. On the other hand, the interior decoration of the chalet could be prettier and the chalet could be better equipped, especially in the kitchen - dishes, kitchen utensils prettier and better quality.

Saving money at all costs, at the expense of experience.

We spent a week at the cottage. When I booked in February, it was impossible to book for one day more or less, it was only by the week. It became apparent on site that cottages were also available on sites such as airbnb to fill the gaps left in the summer. Too bad this flexibility was not offered to those who took a head start. In fact, the afternoon before our last night at the cottage, a family parked in our entrance and said they had booked on the phone with someone who assured them it was free. Already it's bothering us on our last day of vacation, but besides, it's impossible to reach anyone who works for the Enterprise to help us. The phone in the cabin that claims to be for emergencies, well there's no battery in it, I guess it was decorative?
Then the promises made on their website. I was promised FUNCTIONAL bikes. No, not even close, the bikes had clearly not been maintained for a long time, and so I imagine not used either. You promise bikes on your website, it seems to me it's worth doing general maintenance in the spring, otherwise it's just embarrassing (and dishonest). The tires are completely deflated and of course the owner is not going to invest $80 to provide us with a standing pump that would inflate them in 20 seconds. He's gonna save 50 bucks and give us a hand pump so we can pump for 15 minutes to enjoy bikes without brakes, all rusty, that go off the rails if you try to change gears.
The barbecue in the cottage just didn't work either.
Honestly, terrible experience and I imagine all the good reviews come from families who rented for one night, who sleep, make a fire and leave early the next day. For a longer stay, disappointments will accumulate as the owner accumulates his cash without maintaining anything in his <>.
You will check the article where he cries for having had a fine because he did not remove a sign when he had been notified to remove it ONE YEAR earlier. It'll give you a good picture of the character.
The beds were confusing.

Voici une personne de mauvaise intention qui a très mal compris comment fonctionne la reservation dans nos chalets. Chez nous en juillet et aout, nous louons seulement des semaines completes et celles ci ne sont pas disponibles sur les plateformes externes comme booking.com. Seulement disponibles sur notre site. Le reste de l'année, il y a aucune restriction. Les velos sont très fonctionnels, tous le BBQ aussi, ils sont juste incapable des les faire fonctionner. Il y a une pompe qui fonctionne tres bien seulement les Fatbikes doivent avoir les pneus tres mous. 5 psi pas plus pour pouvoir rouler sur la plage. Cependant ceux qui ne connaissent pas ça, tente de gonfler dur les pneus du Fatbike et avec un tel volume, ca prend plusieurs coup de pompe! Ne pas être en mesure d'orienter un client qui a perdu le nom de son chalet est un grand manque de civilité!

Amazing Experience

Really nice experience staying at this place. The location was excellent between Percé and Gaspé and the chalet was well maintained. Everything was provided and the view from the chalet was great. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I look forward to staying there again in the future.
