We stayed 2 nights and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have a service dog and were treated very well. The breakfast was ok, nothing to rave about but got the job done. When we first got into our room the refrigerator wasn’t on and took 6 to 7 hours to get cool which did pose a concern as we had perishable goods. There was no maintenance on duty so the desk worker did offer that we could use their refrigerator which was a nice gesture. Over all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would stay again.

My family and I stayed the night here after travelling from Kingston. We were greeted by the most wonderful lady working the desk. She let us know of all the amenities. The hotel is easy to get to. It’s in a convenient location. Breakfast was included, which is rare nowadays. It was also great! I would recommend putting out cheese slices to make breakfast sandwiches with. Room was nice. Beds were comfy. I would stay here again.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This hotel is immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, the staff was beyond friendly and professional, as well as very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make the breakfast experience wonderful and the food was delicious. Lots of great options for hot and cold food. This place greatly exceeded our expectations! You will not find a better hotel in Sarnia!

Great clean property that serves breakfast at 5:30am! All the staff is super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay a good one.
