What a great hotel!! Love everything about it!
We got late checkout which was 1:00 PM. at no extra cost.
As our flight was later in the afternoon, the hotel stored our luggage after checkout at no extra charge.
Room lighting could be improved.

Misused your debit card and your money

My debit card has been misused by the front disk guy ,I am unable to reach out dor any manager.every time I called, the front disk person inform me that he is unable to provide me with manager email to solve my problem. The deducted my one night stay for five times,and when I reached out with the accountant which was really difficult to reach her out,she said that its only authization,so since when hot would authorized (5 TIMES THE one NIGHT STAY) . Actually I dont know if this is a real branch of moxy group but i literally have been robbed in this hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel as I was provided a room with a very deficient toilet and no matter what they did, it did not work. This is a brand new property.
They were nice and tried to be helpful but the property is lacking
I checked in at 8pm or so and reported the toilet when going to bed. I had to go down to report to because I did not have a working phone. They came with a plunger and said it was fixed, but not really.
Next morning I reported it, they came to fix it and said it was, but not really. Good thing I asked them to leave me the plunger. I reported it again. I left and when I came back that evening I was offered to move to a new room but it was 9:30pm the night before check out. I opted to keep using a plunger and use the lobby bathroom.
I will add that while doing laundry, the washer malfunctioned and kept my money. At 2am I will say that the very helpful people helped me and refunded me at check out.
Nice place, but my stay was more like staying at a brand new hostel, a very expensive one.

High VOCs made us sick!

STAY AWAY for some time. VOC off gassing made us ill. We had to leave early in the am as we had headaches, I was nauseauted and dizzy from being in the hotel room for a few hours.
Too bad as I enjoyed the vibe and the beds were comfortable. But with no ability to open windows to get fresh air in - the rooms and every floor frankly, are strong in new carpet and paint smell. If you are sensitive, are young or elderly, you may struggle with it as we did.
I have never left a hotel at 2am for this reason and I have stayed at new hotels recently like the ALT airport and Ottawa Hardrock (within days of their opening) and never had these issues.
This place needs a few month to a year of off gassing before I would even consider booking here.

We paid for 2 queen bed and large room
We paid full but got just small room with 1 queen bed
