So upon arrival we checked into the rooms and immediatly noted a foul smell and loose ceiling tiles. The odour was a musty mouldy smell.
I had a discussion with the manager he advised me that nothing was wrong with the rooms and some people are just too fussy when it comes to smells?
He refused a refund and said we had to pay for 2 rooms for 2 nights as is their policy.
We did not stay.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights or install supervisor went over to check in with a couple of his crew and when they saw the room they advised me it stunk of old musty mouldy damp wood. In one of the rooms the square ceiling tiles were bowing down from the ceiling most likely from old water damage.
We advised the front desk that we could not stay in those rooms. I called the Manager who was away but called me back shortly after. He told me that rooms were just renovated and were perfect, there is no problems with any of his rooms and some people are just too particular with smells?
He told me no refunds, I would be paying for 2 nights for 2 rooms as per the hotel policy. I booked my staff into another hotel as they would not stay in the rooms they were given at the Neepawa Motel.
My experience with our install crews when working out of town is that they are not picky, they just want something clean, safe, quiet. The room reaked and the ceiling tiles were on the verge of falling down, but there was a fresh coat of paint?
These rooms were booked through Expedia and they had no luck with the Manager either. They really should take a better look at what properties they list and promote on their booking website.

Mould all over the ceiling....cold floors...stained bedding....what a place for bedbugs or the friggin crabs... Worst place ever...Had to pay a hefty pet fee for a hole...
