Horrible.
It's horrible. Even very, very, very horrible. Bedbug, room too small with mold. I just stayed one night because it's all dirty. It's a ghetto place. The price is too high.

HORRIBLE
Motel to avoid. we had a night stopover for 5 hours and we looked for the cheapest room possible.
The reception was given by a very sick hostess who coughed constantly, she did not wear a mask... the room was flooded with water following a leak from the toilet, when we informed the hostess, she replied ok I I'm sorry! And absolutely nothing else happened.
So no shower, no usable toilet and we slept fully clothed.

Avoid at ALL costs! Better to sleep under a bridge.
They charged me for a double room, which is two doubles in a room a bit larger than a single queen. The room we walked in to (After flying for hours, and having out connecting flight canceled - hence why we even considered staying in Motel Paraphernalia) was a single queen.
I will try to upload as many of the ~75 photos I took as possible. The bed comforter had burn holes in it. There was black mold all over the shower. The ceiling looked as though it was about to collapse. The walls appeared to have gone unpainted since before the invention of sliced bread.
Need an outlet for your phone charger? Good luck.
The bathroom had zero shelves. The "clean" towels were stacked on top of the disgusting toilet..pubic hair everywhere. The toilet seat itself looked like a beaver had gnawed on it.
No peep hole in the door, which you may not think is a big deal, until someone starts beating on your door a little after 3am and you have no choice but to open it..only to find "Itchy" standing there bee-bopping from side to side asking for "Mikey." Yeah, I was sure I was about to be murdered.
The photos on the reservation site didn't look great, but they looked acceptable, but wow...the actual room was actually WORSE than the posted photos. I didn't realize that was possible.
I could go on and on, but I have other hotel review sites to post on as well. I feel it's my duty to keep as many people from this dump as possible.
Honestly, I am shocked the province of Quebec even allows this place to operate. it certainly doesn't pass health standards. Someone is being paid off.
They also billed my card for a $21 deposit on the remote control. When I checked out they tossed me a $20 and walked away. I don't know where they went off to, but I was in a hurry and couldn't wait. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Better off sleeping in your car for the night!
It's a filthy place and has a lot of shady people who stay (live) there. A lot of these guys are creepy because they stare down the other guests and seem like they are on drugs. This place seems more like a halfway house and brothel combined. Most decent motels do NOT rent 4 hours at a time. They rent by the day or per 4 hour block to accommodate guys wanting to call prostitutes. Not surprising considering the TV has almost no channels but manage to have a porn channel. NOT a family friendly place. Walls are paper thin which is common for a lot of motels but somethings you just don't want to hear! The rooms have mold, bathrooms are not clean and the beds have gross stains on them. No smoking is a joke because the rooms smell of smoke. It seems like a dangerous place and looks disgusting from the outside and inside. If you're looking for a cheap place to take a hooker and get high - you've found your place. If you're looking for a cheap but decent place, just park somewhere safe and stay in your car.

Terrible
Arrogant desk clerk. Smelly, dirty, dank rooms. Unable to shower - the diverter fell out in my hands - and the desk clerk blamed me for breaking it. Then yelled at me he would never apologize for anything.
