Hôtel clean
Breakfast good - a few options and mostly the same each day but it’s a hôtel breakfast. That’s ok:)
Really appreciate de clean room after the long exploring days we had !

Best Western Deluxe

This is such a great Best Western. Great in all ways. Very comfortable, easy access to everything including the mall and the roads to man wonderful attractions near by. Friendly and helpful staff. Great room. Great view. Very close to Shediac and confederation bridge as well as Hopewell Rocks and many other wonderful places. We also booted into NS for a day to Joggin's Fossil Cliff's and center.

Overall we had a good stay here. There was some garbage still in the room from the previous guests when we checked in (coffee cup lids, granola bites under the bed) but other than that everything seemed good. Staff were pleasant and helpful too.

Disappointing Stay—Serious Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues

This stay fell well below the standard I have experienced at other Best Western properties.
The poor experience began at check-in and continued through check-out. During both interactions, I felt as though I was inconveniencing or bothering the person working at the front desk. There was little indication that our business or loyalty was valued.
The condition and cleanliness of the room were unacceptable. The pull-out bed mattress had holes in the underside, almost no cushioning, and potato chips left on it from what appeared to be a previous guest. It was so uncomfortable that I had to place the couch cushions on top of the mattress to make it possible to sleep.
The pillowcases on the queen bed also had black patches that appeared to be embedded mould. In addition, the doors were sticky, batteries were missing from the remotes, and the room did not appear to have received an adequate housekeeping or maintenance inspection before we arrived.

Disappointed

Cons: carpet in the room was damp, some of the pillows/sheets had stains. Severe water damage in the bathroom looked disgusting. Bathroom wasn't very clean. The pool had no towels all three days we were there. There were clumps of hair in the pool and the garbage can was full to the brim. Made me wonder how often the pool was cleaned. The google page for the hotel listed a hot tub but there wasn’t one.
Pros: beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Courteous staff. Free EV chargers.
