Trusted the reviews. Room was non smoking but smelled like smoke and weed. They also asked to charge refundable smoking cost of $200? Towels had stains. It said soundproofed rooms, but the room was very noisy and we had very bad sleep. You can hear people walking upstairs at 3AM or down the hall.
Room was old and not upgraded (pictures showed otherwise) and small fridge was totally jammed with frozen ice deposit. Breakfast was really mediocre. For breakfast we only got cereal and everything would run out daily and all was boxed food, no fresh coffee.

Very disappointing stay at the Ramada by Wyndham in Montreal from August 15th to 19th. The room was extremely dirty and had insects and bugs inside. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nightmare

Horrible experience since the arrival, a very rude receptionist , the room is super dirty .. don’t waste your money . Never go back … i did check out few hours later from check in .. i lost my money

The floor is filthy, and the bathroom smells of urine. But for the price, you get what you pay for. The room is spacious, and the beds are decent. Nothing wowed us, but it's a quiet place to put your head down at night.
