It’s dated for sure but the bed was comfy, it was quiet at night, it’s just definitely a no frills place. There’s a lot of storage space and having the full size fridge with freezer was great. We tried to reheat coffee we went and got ( no coffee maker in room) in the microwave but couldn’t get it to work, kept getting error messages so gave up ( we could have asked for assistance I guess but it wasn’t a crucial issue). Also there are no hair dryers or hair conditioner products in the rooms so be advised you need to bring your own if you use them. Staff we dealt with during our stay were friendly and welcoming.

We checked in quite late so we didn't get a chance to really look around much but we did enjoy our stay and would stay again if we were in the area. It is a dormer type accommodation, so don't expect fluffy towels, 6 pillows per bed, etc but everything worked well and the room was very quiet and the area was quite safe. The fridge and microwave were clean and functioning although we did not take advantage of them. There were no cooking utensils, hair dryer etc but we assumed that before registering. A coffee maker would have been nice but there is a McDonalds and Timmy's within a 5 minute brisk walk. The beds were only twins but there were 2 bedrooms if a twin was too small for 2. All things considered we had a nice safe clean stay and were back on the highway easily and promptly.

We stay in residences regularly. Some are better than others. Very much appreciate ice machines. Easy check in. Door keys stopped working at one point as well as others in our party had the same issue. My parents were supposed to stay as well but my mom accidentally booked the wrong weekend. She called immediately after booking to switch to correct weekend and she was told absolutely not. That incident was extremely greedy and ridiculous. The rooms never seem overly clean most likely partly because of the disrepair. However because of the amount of nights we have to book we take the price over luxury.

Highly recommend a stay at this location. Staff was wonderful especially Olivia.
We had a large, clean suite with two bedrooms, each with their own TV. The kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs meant we could comfortably eat there.
Close to amenities and the 401 lowing easy access.
