Been in hotels the last three weeks, I must say this Hilton was the best hotel of all. Room quiet, staff very helpful, breakfast excellent. Will stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times before while traveling & have always rated it 5 stars in the past (very clean, new, friendly staff, restaurants & grocery shops nearby, easy access to highways, etc).
All of these things remain true, however I was disappointed with the one staff on my recent trip - there was an issue with check in & an issue with the A/C in the room. Both of these issues were resolved (& resolved

The property and staff were amazing. However; the breakfast was not so amazing. The coffee was great, but the eggs, processed cheese, and sausages were kind of sub-standard. We would have enjoyed home cooked scrambled eggs much better. I am not sure if there is a willingness to have better quality cooked food for breakfast or not depending upon whether or not this is an area which is economized on for financial reasons. Overall, the experience at this hotel in Cornwall, Ontario was great.

My wife and I were on a week-long bike ride and we chose this Hampton Inn because it was on our bike route. It felt new and well cared for. The public area off the entrance included comfortable places to sit and work with good coffee available nearby all day. The tuck shop had a good selection of snacks and treats. There was also a nice small terrace outside, next to the pool (which was inside) where we could sit at a table to read and check emails. The staff were welcoming and readily took our bikes for storage. Our room was large and felt extra spacious due to the high ceiling. It was clean and bright including the well appointed bathroom. The breakfast area was well laid out and maintained. We needed more time to get going on a rainy day and we were welcome to use the lobby and the gym past check out time. We felt well looked after.

This was a step up from another place we stayed in town on the roadtrip from west to east. We would stay again.
