My room was amazing! We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen & balcony with a view! My room was clean & looked brand new. Front desk staff were so nice & accommodating — late check out due to having a Moriane Lake Tour scheduled, was able to park in the parking garage before I checked in and after I checked out.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Stay in Banff!
We had such a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel! I loved the overall layout and atmosphere. The lounge area with the comfortable leather couches was warm, inviting, and a perfect place to relax after a day exploring Banff.
What really made our stay stand out was the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We had purchased a whole bag of Lindt chocolates from the new store in downtown Banff, and on the morning we checked out, we were heading to Lake Louise for a hike. We were worried the chocolates would melt if we left them in the car, and the front desk graciously offered to store them for us until we returned later in the day. Such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of excellent customer service!
The location was great as well. We really enjoyed walking into downtown Banff. The walk is a fantastic workout and a fun way to take in the beautiful surroundings.
Between the comfortable atmosphere, excellent service, and convenient location, we had a fantastic experience. Five stars from us, and we would happily stay here again!

It was better than I expected ; the overall cleanliness and the friendliness of staff were great and the breakfast, in particular was excellent. Although I didn’t use the hot tub, I could see that it was being well maintained. One issue I would like to point out is that there was stubborn, deep-set grime inside of the toilet bowl specially around the drain area from the day I checked in, which was unpleasant. I left a note for the cleaning staff asking them to pay special attention to cleaning that area but the situation didn’t improve, I suppose it was the kind of stain that isn’t easily removed. Aside from that, staying here was an overall positive experience, good enough that I would happily stay there again.

We get to checked in early as we are going on a day tour which was nice, the luggages are already inside the room and our vehicle is already parked in the underground parking. It makes us feel safe for our stuff. The body wash bottle was empty and it was refilled right away and gave us two small Dove soaps. A breakfast is also included with the room rate which is nice and comfortable, we don’t need to find a restaurant just to eat breakfast.
