Good value for money

The rooms were well maintained and the hygiene standards were quite good. Service was reasonably well too. Free wifi was available in the rooms though it could get unstable at times. The only issue I had was that the electricity of the fridge is disconnected when you leave the room (and take away the key card), hence it is practically quite useless. For the money we paid and considering that breakfasts were also provided, it's really good value for money.

The best hotel for travellers. Budget hotel and best food.

One of the best hotels in Cambodia for travellers. Located in the middle of the city. Easy access to the markets and pilgrims best food and service.english speaking staffs. The best hotel for the first time visitors.

Could do better

The reception guy in the afternoons is grumpy, tho the other shifts are friendly & pleasant.
The breakfasts are Asian-style: no Western-style breakfast is available.
The card that opened my door expired, & I couldn't get back into my room till they'd recharged it. (No-one thought to do that in advance.)
The room is like any other hotel room in Phnom Penh. It's adequate.
The hotel's location is not good for restaurants & shopping.
The kettle plug doesn't reach the power point.
The wifi is good.
For $25/night you could do better in PP.

The worst receptionist ever

I have been living in Phnom Penh for almost 6 years. So I have hosted many guests until now and booked rooms at this hotel many times. The rooms have great view and breakfast is satisfactory. But one of the receptionist who receives booking reservations in the morning leaves me feeling not wanting to return to this hotel. She does not have the courtesy to greet you when you walk in. Even when I greet her, she doesn't respond. Also she does not have patience or the basic respect for the guests. In one word, she is just rude and makes our stay an unpleasant one. Hope that the staff at this hotel understands the importance of basic courtesy towards guests which will make their hotel more attractive.

Good Hotel

Nice hotel, breakfast a bit limited and the same everyday. While we were there it catered for mostly Korean people. The staff were very good to us and made us welcome. The rooms were quite small but very well furnished, clean and of a good standard. A little out of the centre of town but good location. We would go there again, also no beggars, vendors outside the hotel, a nice pleasant change.
