Six Star

What a great hotel. Staff, food, rooms, location all amazing. We went to Varna for a week and the city / resort is a hidden gem and the Modus just topped it all off. 10 euros taxi from the airport, 200m from the beach, 200m from the bars / restaurants, galleries, museums, it really had everything. The hotel has a real modern vibe but also has an old fashioned culture of service and friendliness. Will be back as soon as we can.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Varna with Thoughtful Touches

We stayed at this lovely hotel right in the city center, just across the street from Varna’s Sea Garden. It takes about five minutes to walk to the thermal water pool. The room was cozy, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed: toiletries, bathrobes, a kettle with tea, a coffee machine, and bottled water. We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised with an apple and a piece of chocolate as a welcome treat. We were also given a room upgrade, which was especially appreciated since it was my husband’s birthday. A very thoughtful gesture.
The hotel has a gym and a sauna, and the breakfast was both varied and delicious. They even serve a fresh apple-beetroot-carrot juice, which I don’t remember seeing anywhere else for breakfast. Highly recommended, it’s really tasty.
And the cherry on top is the option to take bicycles for free, which lets you explore Varna and enjoy the Sea Garden on wheels.
A special thank-you to the hotel staff: attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. They truly made our stay relaxing and filled with positive emotions.
