very convenient

So I don't agree with that! you can easily find the hotel which is certainly located not far from the airport area in an "industrial" district, it appears on google maps and maps me. Otherwise this establishment is modern with very good bedding, it is very clean, superb welcome in good English from the young manager who will give you the necessary explanations. He even booked me a taxi to the airport at 5:15am (16 BGN) and it was on time. This is the hotel where you can stay just before your departure, it is without surprises and at an acceptable price.

The worst you can find

They should remove this accommodation. Book by your proximity to the airport and after receiving 2 messages requesting that you check in via phone and not receive a response from me I showed up at the accommodation to check in. They have a sign on the door where it tells you that there is no one in the reception who calls the phone after calling 5 times they answer me and tell me that they have a breakdown in the hotel (it is a lie because I saw the customers on the terraces and people leaving and entering) that they do not have water and heating that had relocated us with booking at 9:00 (lie, the only message I received was the one that told me that if I wanted to check in by phone because the reception closes at 20:00) and since I arrived at 18:00 I wanted to make it physical. And upon arrival I find that my reservation already paid cannot be made. A hotel in the middle of nowhere. After getting angry and telling him the reservation was paid and hanging up without saying more he cancels my reservation and sends me the relocation. Shame on you, if I'd checked in over the phone, I wouldn't have been refunded.

Don’t even think

Not polite , bad customer service, dirty room , too expensive for no reason . I will never stay to them even for free.Even if it’s next to the airport try to find another hotel or apartment even it is a bit further away. Read the reviews before you book an accommodation.

Aggressive and drugged owner!!!

The owner or the son of the owner is extremely rude and aggressive, he was most probably drugged or drunk and started a fight with us without absolutely zero reason. His name is Vasil Traikov. I don’t recommend having business with him at any cost!!!

Autant chercher une aiguille dans une botte de foin, quand le soir est tombé

Moi qui me réjouissais de dormir quelques heures avant de prendre l'avion de 5 h 30, après avoir roulé 430 km pour rejoindre Sofia.
IMPOSSIBLE de trouver l'établissement.
Le GPS était totalement perdu.
En outre, la nuit, en Bulgarie, il fait aussi noir que dans une galerie de mine.
J'ai appelé l'hôtel, qui m'a répondu : « Vous n'êtes pas loin, je vous envoie la position Via Google Map et Viber »
Même avec ça, IMPOSSIBLE
J'ai tourné en rond pendant plus de 80 km
Il faut dire que les noms des rues sont du genre "Rue 20", à côté de la "Rue 80", ...
J'ai donc passé la nuit sur une banquette de l'aéroport
40 € pour un hôtel situé dans un zoning paumé, plus jamais
D'ailleurs, de manière générale, retrouver une adresse dans Sofia relève du CAUCHEMAR, plusieurs expériences à l'appui.
Un pays avec des gens qui tirent tout le temps la tête et ont à peine envie de vous aider : terminé.
Vive la République tchèque !
